My name is Julian Herndon and I'm a Software Engineer based in Birmingham, Al. 

After thirteen years in Supply Chain management I decided to switch it up and cultivate my love for design and modernize my skills as a Software Engineer, specifically iOS design and backend development.

My formal education is a Bachelors Degree from Auburn University in Industrial Design. I'm excellent at translating ideas into visual appeal & seamless functionality. I've completed the Ed Farm Pathways program in Birmingham, Al and now I'm ready to continue my journey in tech. 

I'm open to both contract and full-time positions with the employer that best fits my needs on this journey. If you're looking for someone that is enthusiastic about coding and easy to coach I'm the person you need on your team!
